Farmhouse Tenuta di Vignale

The noble Gualandi family has owned the ancient Tenuta di Vignale since 1746 and their descendents have been running an Agriturismo in this quiet Tuscan countryside for over 10 years.

Tenuta di Vignale is set on a gentle slope among olive trees, vines and pine trees but is only a short distance from the white beaches of the Gulf of Follonica.

In the villa and surrounding buildings, which make up the ancient Tenuta di Vignale, 7 flats have been renovated. All have modern conveniences/comforts but the traditional wood and terracotta features have been retained. The early 20th century furniture is part of the family’s collection and adds to the romantic atmosphere.

There is a large, fully renovated area on the ground floor (once used for the pressing and storing of olive oil) which is ideal for hosting social events, conferences and training courses.

Guests have the use of a large swimming pool situated amid olive trees with a splendid view of the Isle of Elba. Also in the grounds are a five-a-side football pitch, a table tennis table and various children’s playground equipment. Bicycles are also available for use by guests – both adults and children.

Small domestic animals are welcome!!
